Who are we — and why are we growing so fast?

Russakow | Ryan | Johnson was founded in 2001, by three attorneys who shared a common desire to create a full-service law firm that would offer superior legal services to the San Gabriel Valley community. But Mark Russakow, Kelly Ryan and Chris Johnson wanted to do things differently. Tired of the rigid, staid and often intimidating atmosphere commonly associated with traditional law firms, we leveraged the insights gleaned from past experience to create something completely new. The result? An innovative company with a friendly atmosphere, where associates enjoy coming to work, and clients enjoy top-tier representation in a comfortable setting.

It seems our gamble has paid off. From humble beginnings in a small office overlooking an alley with no support staff, our firm has grown exponentially into one of the largest general practices in Pasadena and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley. Today, we employ approximately 50 persons, and have offices in Pasadena and Orange County. Our rapid growth has brought about positive changes like increased departmental organization and efficiency. But it hasn’t compromised our core commitment – to provide superior, ethical, cost-effective and practical legal solutions to clients in virtually every area of practice.
