We speak your language, understand your culture, and are committed to helping our surrounding communities.

We believe that in order to provide truly outstanding legal services to the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley areas, our workforce must reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. For these reasons we are actively dedicated to maintaining a culture of diversity in our workplace.

There are many ways in which we put this commitment into practice. More than half of our attorneys are female. Our team includes attorneys and support staff of Asian, Eastern European, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian and South American descent. We are proud to employ associates who can converse with clients in English, Spanish, Armenian, Chinese, French, Portuguese and Punjabi. These are invaluable benefits when dealing with multi-national cases. On a personal level, this also allows us to provide our clients with better service. By speaking a client’s native language, our attorneys can provide them with a greater level of comfort, can communicate more effectively, and can glean important insights into their cultures and the particular challenges they may face.

Our commitment to creating equal opportunities and reaching out to different cultures is not confined to the workplace. Russakow | Ryan | Johnson partners and associates are actively engaged in charities, programs and good works that benefit our communities. We donate office supplies, computer equipment, textbooks and printers to local schools. We contribute to charities, including the Revlon Breast Cancer Walk, the Wellness Center Cancer Foundation and the Valley Interfaith Council. We sponsor local sports teams and the Children’s Program Series at the Pasadena Playhouse. Our active pro-bono program takes on charitable cases that we feel will have substantial positive impact on an ad hoc basis, at no charge. We have represented plaintiffs in spousal abuse cases from battered women’s shelters, and prepare wills free of charge for low-income seniors at several area elder care facilities.
